GENEVA — Infiniti plans to begin selling its first production gasoline-electric vehicle, the M35 Hybrid , in Europe in spring 2011. Unveiled this week at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show , the M35 Hybrid is part of the brand’s redesigned M line.
